Duties and Responsibilities

Having been appointed the position of the Project Assistant, Technology and Human Rights, the jobholder will be accountable for the following duties and responsibilities:

  1. The jobholder will assist in anything that has to do with projects; updating, gathering, drafting, handling, and reviewing.
  2. Assist in preparing meetings, taking down notes and preparing meeting reports.
  3. Provide operational support in all phases of a project diligently.
  4. Assist the project lead by communicating with all the involved parties and managing the timeline and deliverables of the projects.
  5. Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks of the project as may be assigned by the project lead.
  6. Help in coordinating and preparing for meetings, conferences, workshops and training.
  7. Assist notifying relevant project stakeholders and informing them of meeting schedules and locations.
  8. Booking venues for meetings, conferences and sending out meeting notifications.

Qualifications and Skills for KNCHR Recruitment 2024
